Post here what days and what times you are active in the forums and on Xbox LIVE.

Forums: I'm on about every day. On weekdays after 4:30mtn usually

XBL: I'm not on that much i get on a little. Mostly on Weekends and days with no homework 5:00mtn earliest

I'm on both XBL and the forums every day in the evenings

There may be an odd day where I'm not on at all though, due to work or tiredness

Im usually on when I can be. Lately, I haven't been on xbox live much and it's still currently down cause microsoft think's the Wii's Mii system is so badass they had to make themselfs xD
